OVERVIEW

Upper Echelon is a state-of-the-art direct primary care clinic committed to providing patient care that places an emphasis on healthy lifestyle habits and their ability prevent and manage disease.


As a direct primary care (DPC) clinic, they’re working to redefine the patient/physician relationship in an effort to do healthcare right.

THE CHALLENGE

As a newer clinic in the direct primary care space, Upper Echelon faced difficulties with garnering new patients and creating a website that matched their goals and values.


From out analysis, we found that their previous website had an uninspired, lack-luster design that did not reflect their position as an advanced primary care clinic offering high end services. It also failed to align with the friendly, personalized, and community-oriented image they were aspiring to convey to their patients.


This resulted in impacting their paid advertising efforts as well, and the clinic faced low conversion rates and slow patient growth despite other ad metrics performing well.

OUR SOLUTION

Direct MD Marketing developed a holistic website strategy for this client, focusing on an updated website design and improved website architecture. We placed a CTA at the top of their homepage and created a custom and straight forward registration page that reduced the barriers patients had to making an appointment, and improved their conversion rates.


We also updated the website design and feel into one that is meant to inspire and instill trust in patients for the clinic. With the addition of personalized images of the clinic and staff throughout the website as well, we were also able to create a feeling of familiarity, intimacy, and reliability.
